On 1st February 2021 we will be discontinuing support for SFTP.
This is a feature that enables more tech savvy customers to transfer files to their Briefcase using a 3rd party software, such as FileZilla or CyberDuck. We already offer FTPS as an alternative option, this has the same level of security and functionality for transferring files.
Any customers using SFTP will need to use the following FTPS login details:
Server: ftp.byte-drive.co.uk (IP), Port 21.
Username: The e-mail address registered to the customer's account.
Password: The same password your customer uses for their main Kloud account.
