If you use the Splashtop remote access application on an Iphone or IPad then you may encounter a bug where no machines appear in your remote connection list.
If this occurs just do the following;
Login to the App
Click the Screen icon top right of the screen
Untick the option "Show Groups"
Back on the main screen click the refresh button top left
This should then show all your accessible computers.
