Simply go to your your IT support subscription within the customer portal and on the left you will see the "Access Diagnosis Portal" option.
This will allow you to access the health diagnosis screen and run a health check on your machine at any time. This will show up any issues you may have and will warn us if anything is detected allowing us to assist you more effectively.
