We have FTP locking enabled on all our servers to prevent malicious attempts to break into the FTP on your website and compromise it.

If you can't upload via FTP, just login to your control panel and on the right hand side click unlock FTP.



You can unlock for all, or unlock for for a set IP address ( Ideal if you are working from an office with a fixed IP and you dont want to have to unlock your site each time)

Please note, after site is unlocked you will still need your login details to gain access.
