If you have a CPanel site then you can give us your domain name, hostname, username and password via email or securely via our support ticket and we can run a site import for you;
What this imports:
- Site files
- Site databases
- Email mailboxes and fowarders setup
- All email from mailboxes
This is the simplest solution and within a few hours we can have a replicate setup of your hosting and email on our servers.
**Please note you will need to inform us before you move your domain. if you have purchased a package with us already let us know as all existing content will be overwritten in this import.
If you are not on a Cpanel site we cant run our importer, but we will however help you with the site move and installing your website on our hosting.
We can however, if supplied with login details run our email importer to bring over all your email from your old mailboxes
This service will, most of the time be free of charge, unless your site is huge or has a lot of email.
