Once you have your Splashtop account setup you can then login to the website to view your devices and your computers.
Computers are the target machines you want to access remotely.
Devices are computers or mobile phones that have the business app on, and can access the target machines.
To install the streamer ( the software that allows access to your machine) do the following:
If you have business Access:
- BYTE will send you a link. run this link on your desktop machine you want to access remotely. accept the defaults and confirm you want to give the application access to your machine.
- Once complete a splash
will appear in your systems tray (bottom right near your clock) indicating the machine is now online. You can now access it from your Business App
If you are on Remote Support:
- Once logged in to the Splashtop website, be able to click on Management in the top bar, the click Deployment.
- From here you can select the default deployment package or create your own deployment package for a particular group you have setup.
- From the deployment page you can either download the package install program to run on your computers, or just share or use the link at the top.
- Once complete a splash will appear in your systems tray (bottom right near your clock) indicating the machine is now online. You can now access it from your Business App
