The BYTE Cyber cloud requires 2 factor authentication (2FA) to be setup to ensure your security is protected and no one can gain entry with just a username or password
When you setup your account you will be asked to setup 2FA, to do this download an authenticator app to you phone ( we recommend either Google authenticator or Microsoft authenticator apps, which are both free of charge)
- Visit https://cloud.byte.ltd/login and login
- If asked to setup 2fa, confirm to get the QR code,
- On the authenticator app click add new, then select Scan QR code, and scan the QR code on screen which will add us to your list of websites on the app.
- Enter the digits from the authenticator app into the site to confirm the 2FA - they will change every 30 seconds or so.
- Each time you login, once you have entered your username and password you may need to enter the current numbers from the app.
- You can save the computer to avoid having to put this in again within 30 days, but it may ask again when you login, or on another machine
